STELAFOX AI – Appropriate Tech Challenge (적정기술 챌린지)

A global challenge to build real projects on top of a Live AI Operating System, powered by GLOS, LCTS, 2.5D/3.5D Vision, and SLM AGI. (GLOS·LCTS·2.5D/3.5D 비전·SLM AGI 기반 Live AI OS 위에서 실제 프로젝트를 만드는 글로벌 챌린지입니다.)

Prize pool: USD 100,000 (총 상금 10만 달러) · Individual makers, small teams, and organizations are all welcome. (개인·소규모 팀·기관 모두 참여 가능)

Theme (주제): Live AI OS + Appropriate Technology
Goal (목표): Turn real-world needs into working prototypes using STELAFOX capsules.
Approach (접근 방식): Start from a concrete problem, not from the technology itself.

The focus is on useful, grounded, and reproducible systems, rather than “demo-only” AI. (데모용 AI가 아니라 실제로 쓰이는 시스템에 초점을 둡니다.)

1. What is “Appropriate Tech” in STELAFOX? (STELAFOX가 말하는 적정기술)

In this challenge, “appropriate technology” means AI systems that can actually be deployed in real environments – with realistic budgets, hardware, and constraints. (현실적인 예산·하드웨어·제약 안에서 실제로 현장에 도입 가능한 AI 시스템을 의미합니다.)

Runs on common hardware (laptops, webcams, mobile devices, low-cost servers). (일반 장비에서 동작)
Solves a problem that real users recognize. (실제 사용자가 공감하는 문제 해결)
Has a clear path from prototype to deployment. (프로토타입에서 현장 배치까지의 경로가 명확)

2. STELAFOX Capsule Tracks (캡슐 기반 트랙)

Participants choose at least one capsule as a core OS layer. (아래 캡슐 중 최소 1개 이상을 핵심 OS로 선택)

Debugging OS Track (디버깅 OS 트랙) – Tools for code / logic debugging, education, and self-checking systems. (코드·논리 디버깅, 교육용·자가 점검 시스템)
2.5D BOXER Track (2.5D 박서 트랙) – Visual tools for media, communication, and UX using 2D→2.5D transformation. (2D→2.5D 변환을 활용한 미디어·커뮤니케이션·UX 도구)
LCTS Track (LCTS 트랙) – Logical coordinate systems for cameras, drones, safety zones, and monitoring. (카메라·드론·안전 존·모니터링을 위한 논리좌표 시스템)
SLM AGI Track (SLM AGI 트랙) – Self-loop memory and long-term learning agents. (Self-Loop 메모리 기반 장기 학습 에이전트)

        You can also combine multiple tracks (e.g., LCTS + SLM AGI) in one project.

Urban & Safety (도시·안전) – Camera-based safety monitoring, safe zones, traffic risk analysis.
Healthcare & Accessibility (헬스케어·접근성) – Vision-based assistance tools, low-cost diagnostic helpers.
Education & Coding (교육·코딩) – Debugging OS for learners, AI-guided code review, micro-simulation labs.
Media & Communication (미디어·커뮤니케이션) – 2.5D / 3.5D visuals for storytelling, social content, and public campaigns.
Environment & ESG (환경·ESG) – Low-cost sensing, recycling support, or resource-usage visualization.

4. Participation & Submission (참여 및 제출)

Register (등록) – Create an account on STELAFOX (using the Register button) and agree to the challenge terms. (상단 Register 버튼을 통해 계정 생성 및 챌린지 약관 동의)
Receive OS Capsules (캡슐 수령) – Download the 1-day capsules for your selected track(s). (선택한 트랙의 1 Day 캡슐 다운로드)
Build & Test (구현 및 테스트) – Use Cloud Run or your own environment to integrate the capsule into your project. (Cloud Run 또는 자체 환경에서 캡슐을 연결해 프로젝트 구현)
Submit (제출) – Provide a short report, demo video link, and Git/Docs links via the submission form. (제출 폼을 통해 요약 리포트, 데모 영상 링크, Git/Docs 링크 제출)

5. Evaluation Criteria (심사 기준)

Impact (영향력) – Real-world usefulness and clarity of the target users. (실제 사용자와 문제 정의의 명확성)
Feasibility (실행 가능성) – Can this be deployed with realistic resources? (현실적인 자원으로 구현 가능한지)
Use of STELAFOX (STELAFOX 활용도) – How deeply the project uses GLOS / LCTS / Vision / SLM AGI. (GLOS·LCTS·Vision·SLM AGI 활용 수준)
Robustness (안정성) – Error handling, debugging flow, and transparency. (에러 처리·디버깅·투명성)
Documentation (문서화) – Clear docs, diagrams, and reproducibility. (문서·다이어그램·재현 가능성)

6. Rewards & IP (보상 및 지식재산)

The total prize pool is planned as USD 100,000. (총 상금 규모는 미화 10만 달러를 목표로 합니다.)

Selected projects may receive funding or manufacturing support. (선정된 프로젝트는 자금 지원 또는 제조 지원 가능)
STELAFOX may propose an exclusive IP transfer / revenue sharing agreement: (STELAFOX는 독점 IP 이전·수익 공유 계약을 제안할 수 있습니다.)
- Up to 70% of net profit for the creator for the first 2 years. (초기 2년간 순이익의 최대 70%를 창작자에게 배분)
- Then 10% for an additional 3 years. (이후 3년간 10% 추가 배분)
The exact legal terms will be provided separately before any contract. (구체적인 법적 조건은 계약 단계에서 별도 제공)
